I was to be picked up at 8pm. I was at the meeting point at 7:45 pm. I called tat 8:20 and 8:35 to ask where the driver was and got no explanation nor did anyone call me back. I was finally picked up at 8:45! The wait was unacceptable and the driver's explanation was very weak. I was also the last passenger to be dropped off. I would not use your service again.

Greeted at the airport by friendly driver. This was a pleasant surprise as we thought we had to find the shuttle bus ourselves. For our return trip the driver arrived punctually. Definitely recommend this company.
