My Air Portugal flight from London was delayed 3 hours and I feared that my driver would not be waiting to pick up my wife and I at Lisbon airport. When we came our at "arrivals" there was a note with our names on it and a message to contact our driver. The driver was very polite. I am very satisfied with this service. I believe that the brand name should be apparent on the car, to be able to recognize it.
