We were informed that the shuttle could not pick us in front of the hotel so that we have to carry our luggage to another hotel uphill. But when we arrived in Porto. We found there was no problem for the car to stop in front of the hotel. When arriving the airport, we were dropped at the arrival hall instead of the departure hall. I will never use this shuttle service anymore.

The flight delayed for more than 4 hours. But the driver still was waiting for us when we arrived. One the way to hotel, the driver introduced Lisbon to us. Very impressive service.
