– All reservations must be booked within a 48h minimum advance;
– It is client’s responsibility to ensure that both the pick-up and destination addresses provided are complete and accurate.
– Vehicle type: all passengers, including children and infants count towards the occupancy of the vehicle regardless of age, and thus should be included in the total number of passengers at the time of booking
– Child seats: please note it is the client’s responsibility to advise 100rumos when placing the booking should child seats be required; these are not automatically added to the reservation. There may be an additional charge.
– If you choose a vehicle for up to 3 persons: 2 suitcases + 2 hand bags
– If you choose a vehicle for up to 7 persons: 6 suitcases + 4 hand bags
– For departures from the airport: cases of delay of one hour or more, will be reviewed. In case of unavailability to provide the service at new arrival schedule, transfer will be considered no-show situation, without the possibility of refund;
– For departures from hotel or address: if client delays, it shall be considered a noshow situation and no refund will take place. When possible, a 10 minute tolerance is given.
Client is responsible for checking the agreed pickup time and for ensuring that arrival at the airport, station or port is calculated with enough time to check in or make any other preparations.
– For arrival transfers driver will be waiting holding a sign with clients’ name. In some airports, train stations or cruise terminals, waiting areas may not be available – in these situations driver will collect passengers at meeting point.
– Details of the prices for the service, and the procedures for payment are displayed on our website.
– Prices quoted are per vehicle.
– Extra stop: if you will require an extra stop to collect and drop off keys or if your group will be split between more than one accommodation address the extra stop address must be located in the same destination as your principal accommodation address. Extra stop duration is limited to 5 minutes and additional fee may apply.
– If you have any special requests, please let us know at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability if they are not.
100rumos does not take responsibility for any lost or damaged items outside of our means of transportation.
– Any amendments that need to be made to the booking, including an address that has been incorrectly entered during the booking process, are subject to the availability and may incur additional charges.
– Amendment requests must be sent to us in writing, by email at opspt@cmacgroup.com. Whilst it is in our best efforts to assist, we cannot guarantee that any requests for amendments will be met.
– Cancellations made with 48hours notice before scheduled service are eligible for refund.
– Cancellations less than 48hours notice before scheduled service are not eligible for refund.
– If your flight is diverted, we recommend that you contact our team as soon as possible as they may be able to assist you in finding alternative transfer arrangements. Please note that we are not liable to pay for such alternative arrangements. Subject to their terms and conditions, it is the responsibility of the airline to transport you to your original destination airport.
– In the event of unavoidable alterations to the service, we will inform you by email to the address provided by you at the moment of booking, the act of sending this email being considered as proof of receipt by you. The same system applies to all other advisory emails which we may send to you. It is therefore essential that you check that the email address provided by you is correct and that you read any incoming emails up to the time of your service.
– Refund processes can take up to 30 days;
– Refund expenses will be charged to client.
– In the event that you do not use the services for any reason and do not cancel the booking, no refund will be provided.
– Civil liability insurance;
– Personal damage insurance;
– All agreed in each service or event previously hired.
– Our website is available in multiple languages and whilst we pay great attention to the quality of the translation, in the event of any discrepancy the Portuguese version shall prevail.
