 When you arrive at the airport (after collecting luggage and exiting customs at the arrivals hall), train station or cruise terminal, your driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it. Please note that in some airports, train stations or cruise terminals, waiting areas may not be available – in case you cannot find your driver please proceed to meeting point and contact our team at +351960426692 (call to portuguese mobile network)

For departures from hotels or accommodation, please be ready to depart in front of chosen address 10 minutes before schedule.

Lost items: If left in one of our means of transportation, you should describe the lost item with particular details.
We will send the item and shipping taxes will be charged to client.

Services should be prepaid using a debit or credit card as a method of payment when finalizing booking.

Civil liability insurance;
Personal damage insurance;
All agreed in each service or event previously hired;
If you are traveling with excess luggage, such as large suitcases, additional suitcases outside of the luggage allowance, please make us aware at the time of booking your transfer. Failure to inform us may result in refusal of service or in extra transport being required to accommodate the excess luggage, which will incur additional charges.

If we don’t have larger vehicles available, then you can book more than one vehicle.
